Absolutely. Being safe for all humans, including pregnant women, infants, and those with allergies or sensitivities, as well as pets, was the basis of our product design.

Whereas many other plant-based brands still contain artificial perfumes, colorants and the surfactant SLS, all of which can be harsh on the health, Rooted Regimen is free of any artificial or harsh chemicals.

Claims such as "eco-friendly", "plant-based" and "non-toxic" are unregulated and have become commonly used by many brands to green-wash consumers. The only way to really tell if a product is safe and non-toxic is to look up each ingredient in the product, using renowned databases such as the EWG. Unfortunately, brands are not required by law to list out individual ingredients and will often conceal them with generic terms like "non-ionic surfactants", "fragrance", "colorant" and so on, making it impossible to know what actual ingredients are in the product. The single words "fragrance"/"perfume"/ "parfum" on an ingredient list can conceal hundreds of individual chemicals, many of which could be endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs).
