Refund policy

7-day money back guarantee (UAE only)
At Rooted Regimen, we guarantee your first purchase of a starter kit to give you the opportunity to try our products risk-free. We will refund the full amount paid for the Complete Starter Kit and arrange to have it picked up should you decide to return it within 7 days of receiving your first order. In order to initiate your refund, write to us at info@rootedregimen.com. We will initiate the refund to your payment method once we receive your entire kit. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect foul play.

Returns

We do not offer any returns for international orders. For the UAE, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the products sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Important note for our international customers: Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are refused due to these fees. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
