1. CUSTOMS TAXES/DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Important note for our international customers: Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are refused due to these fees. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND CHARGES

Prices shown for each country includes delivery charges unless the total order value falls below a minimum in which case a nominal fee is charged. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays). A shipment will be declared as missing if it has not arrived within 6 weeks of the order date.

UAE* (delivery within 24 hours): 10AED for orders below 169AED.

Saudi Arabia (2-4 business days):  40 SAR for orders below 183 SAR.

Oman (2-4 business days) : 4.1 OMR charge for orders below 17.7 OMR.

Kuwait** (2-4 business days): 4.10 KWD charge for orders below 15 KWD.

Qatar (2-4 business days) : 40 QAR charge for orders below 177 QAR.

Bahrain (2-4 business days) : 4 BHD charge for orders below 18.3 BHD. 

Singapore (2-4 business days): 15 SGD charge for orders below 54 SGD.

Hong Kong (2-4 business days): 83 HKD charge for orders below 425 HKD.

* Our delivery partner delivers to Fujairah weekly on Mondays and to Al Ain everyday except Sunday. For Al Ain, the order cutoff time for next day delivery is 6pm, otherwise orders will be delivered the next working day after. Other remote areas may not be accessible by them for delivery. If in doubt, please reach out to us first.

** These are estimated delivery times, however, Kuwaiti customs occasionally hold shipments for longer periods that may cause some delays that are out of our control.
